Vision

To make disciples who make disciples and who multiply house to house

We connect, grow and reproduce by meeting together for training, coaching and releasing. We believe that we are catalysts; people who provoke, inspire and spread significant action into the places we are called and live.

One-on-One Oversight Connection:

  • To provide personal coaching, training and growth

Catalyst Pods:

Gathering four times a year in small groups, led by a facilitator

  • To imitate reproduction and growth and leadership

  • To train in discipleship and multiplication

  • To model, assist and release leaders

Community Connect Nights:

Gathering two times a year as a network of leaders

  • The purpose of our Connect Nights is to see a catalytic team that is trained and equipped in movement and multiplication

  • To cast vision, evaluate periodically and adjust as needed

Community Retreat:

A yearly gathering with the network of leaders

  • To strengthen and build relationships, connect the whole community, encourage each other in our mission

Disciple Makers’ Prayer:

  • We have a focused prayer time by Zoom the 2nd Saturday of every month.
